A broken puzzle, a wrong answer, a game that won't open - tell us and we will fix it. This form sends an email to support@gamejar.app. It doesn't open a ticket and it isn't attached to any account, so the address you type in is the only way we have to answer. A person reads it, so expect a few days rather than a few minutes.

Please leave your kids out of the message: we do not need their names, ages, school or anything else about them to answer a question, and this is ordinary email. You do not need us to delete an account either - "Delete account" on your account page removes it and everything synced to it. Ask here if you would rather we did it, and we will confirm when it is done.
